The wind chill indicates the rate of heat loss from bare skin in terms

When it is windy, the heat loss becomes even greater. The wind chill temperature includes the effect of wind on the heat loss. It is expressed as the temperature of the air when the wind is calm, which has the same heat loss as when the air is windy. been with that person for years why don't you just ask but make sure you want to hear the answer it might not be what you want to hear. Some people don't know how to say they love you. |

I have a friend that is getting married but because her husband to be got a
job in another state they are getting married at the court house but plan on coming home in October of next year to have the real wedding. My question is do I give them their wedding gift at the courthouse or legal ceremony or do I just give them a card and something little? |

This is a great question but there were several things you left out two weighing of
notable importance. One is how close of a friend are you to the bride and or groom to
be? And two being were you actually invited to go to the courthouse to witness the
ceremony with your friends? In any case without knowing this if I were you I would
give them the gift. When they do have the real wedding as you put it then you may
be obliged to give a card and a small gift if you choose.
